Are you passionate about human resources and fluent in Spanish and English? We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to manage the employee life cycle, support benefits administration, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive employee engagement at our Santa Ana, CA office.
What You'll Do:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Administer health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Facilitate performance reviews and training programs.
Provide support for payroll, HRIS maintenance, and workers' compensation.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
Knowledge of EEO, ADA, FMLA, and employment law.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
