Position: Human Resources - Organizational Development
Location: Carolina, Puerto Rico
Salary: $43,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Classification: Regular/Permanent

Position Summary:Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support organizational growth, employee performance, and company culture. This role collaborates with leadership to improve processes and align talent with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Design and manage employee training and development programs.

Lead change management efforts.

Conduct organizational assessments and data analysis.

Support talent and succession planning initiatives.

Promote employee engagement and company culture.

Consult with leaders to improve team dynamics.

Develop and support performance evaluation systems.

Lead process improvement and strategic projects.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related fields; Master’s preferred.

3-5 years in OD or strategic HR roles.

Strong knowledge of change management and training practices.

Experience with performance management tools.

Strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Organizational consulting experience.

Familiarity with HR analytics tools.

Project management experience.
