Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our North America HR Team. This individual will be responsible for managing HR functions across our three Jacksonville offices and warehouse facilities. Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions
Oversee and manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
Administer employee programs, benefits, wellness, and 401(k).
Support the coordination of employee training and company events.
Create and update HR policies and ensure compliance.
Manage miscellaneous HR projects or tasks as needed.
Employee Relations
Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues.
Advise managers on delivering employee feedback and handling disciplinary actions.
Maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Leadership Development
Support employee leadership and professional development initiatives.
Coach managers to build effective teams and enhance performance.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
Help create, update, and maintain job descriptions.
Support the talent selection process, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and assessments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations.
2-3 years of experience in employee relations is required.
Previous experience in the logistics or warehouse industry is a plus.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
