Job Overview: The Electrical & Hydraulic Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and hydraulic systems associated with our manufacturing equipment. This role ensures optimal performance and reliability of machinery, contributing to our production efficiency and product quality.?
Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Repair - Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on electrical and hydraulic systems to prevent equipment failures.?
Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical and hydraulic systems promptly to minimize downtime.?
Installation - Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.?
Documentation - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Collaboration - Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance system performance and implement improvements.?
Compliance - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance and repair activities.?
Qualifications:
Education - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification in electrical or hydraulic systems is preferred.?
Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing electrical and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.?
Technical Skills - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.?
Problem Solving - Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.?
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling.?
Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical or hydraulic systems are a plus.?
