The Network & Systems Administrator will coordinate efforts with the IT Support Technician(s) to provide user support. Good communications skills are required with the ability to work with all levels of the organization diplomatically and skillfully. The position requires strong organizational skills, analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. The Network & Systems Administrator must have the ability to prioritize issues and multi-task. The Network & Systems Administrator may need to work evenings, nights or weekends, as required, to monitor, maintain or updates network & systems.


Primary Responsibilities:
· Network Hardware and Systems implementation, administration, maintenance and support
· Telecommunications systems Administration
· Email platform and user access
· Provide technical support and training to all departments as needed
· Diagnosing and resolving issues that arise with network hardware and software
· Generate and maintain network documentation as required
· Data backup systems Administrator

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related area of study or equivalent industry certifications

· Minimum three years’ experience in the following areas
Windows server administration
Microsoft Entra ID administration
Microsoft Office 365 & Exchange administration
Duo administration
Cisco/Meraki
Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems

Specific Tasks and Focus Areas:

Network hardware and Systems implementation, administration, maintenance and support
Set up and configure network file servers, firewall, switches, access points, MFPs and other related network hardware
-Install Operating systems, software, updates, firmware and patches as required
-Coordinate activities to ensure success without unnecessary system outages
-Monitor appropriate security procedures to safeguard the system from physical harm and viruses, unauthorized users and damage to data
-Perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software systems
-Create and maintain network user groups and accounts (on premise & cloud)
-Multifactor Authentication (MFA) administration and support
-Resolve network related user issues
-Help to configure and support network connected machines and equipment

-Telecommunications Systems Administration
Administers user accounts, extensions and voice mail
-Email Platform and user access
Administers Email platform and security
-Provide technical support and training to all departments as needed
