Pay: $51.79 - $71.21/hour DOE
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2+ days/week after onboarding)
Travel: 25% (primarily local with occasional longer trips)

We’re seeking an IT Technical Project Lead to join our team at a leading manufacturer! In this role, you’ll manage IT components of construction projects, helping ensure seamless infrastructure implementation across multiple sites in North America. You’ll lead and coordinate efforts between teams, oversee connectivity and server-related tasks, and deliver project updates to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT infrastructure for construction projects, often handling multiple projects at once.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and streamline progress.
• Present project updates and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive connectivity, server, and passive IT infrastructure projects to completion.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to keep projects on track and efficient.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
• Strong project management skills and expertise in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodology.
• 5+ years experience driving products from concept and ideation through successful launch.
• 5+ years of experience working in an international environment (preferred).
• 5+years experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (preferred).

Nice-to-Have:
• Construction management experience or IT infrastructure project management background.
• Knowledge of Confluence.
