We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Import-Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and facilitating smooth logistical operations. This role requires a strong understanding of import-export processes, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Work with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance records.

Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues related to delays, damaged goods, or compliance discrepancies.

Ensure adherence to local, state, and international regulations regarding the import and export of goods.

Maintain accurate records and update inventory as required.

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.

Provide support in the development of import/export strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory management systems).
