Our Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to join their team in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 (In-Office).

In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries while proactively offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you! Please note UPSELLING is required for this role.

Pay: $18 (English Only) - $19/hour (Bilingual Spanish) + Commission / Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities:
** Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently
** Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales
**Resolve customer concerns with patience, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset
** Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while following company policies and procedures

Schedule & Training:
**Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
****Every other weekend is required
**Training: 2-3 weeks, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No time off approved during training)

Qualifications:
**2+ years of call center experience (customer service & sales experience preferred)
** Strong communication and problem-solving skills
** Comfortable upselling and recommending products/services
** Bilingual in Spanish a plus
**Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions daily
