INSIDE SALES/STAFFING
TYPE: Direct Hire
PAY: $24hr-$25hr + commission, and potential for monthly profit bonus
LOCATION: Torrance. Hybrid - we are in the office in Torrance at least 2 days per week
There are specific KPIs to meet each week, including a certain number of clients to visit. An inside sales representative is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. They identify customer needs, provide service information, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the products or services being sold, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must be organized to follow up and track your own efforts.
Duties:
*Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
*Recommend products to customers based on customers' needs and interests.
*Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
*Negotiate and quote prices, contract terms, credit process, and guarantees.
*Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
*Identify prospective customers using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, participate in organizations and clubs.
* Seek out and attend local networking events to build relationships.
