What You’ll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee and manage the Inside Sales Representative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Coaching and Training: Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure your team reaches their full potential.
Set and Track Goals: Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs, and track progress to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Sales Strategy: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years as an Inside Sales Manager
Education: A BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a similar relevant field.
Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities. Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn product-specific information and use it to position the features and benefits to customers.
Leadership: A natural leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
