We are partnering with a Merchant Solutions services organization to find the right team member for their inside sales team.

The owners are onsite and are part of the day to day business.

We are looking for candidates with and amazing attention to detail and the ability to follow-up in key action items.

This is temp to perm position The hourly pay range is $18-$23 per hour + monthly commission
Hour of operation are 9am-5pm with a 30 minute or hour lunch.

Must have inside sales experience and love speak with clients on the phone. This is all B2B inside sales.

This is an onsite position in the Richardson/East Plano area.

What are you responsibilities?
• Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads and walk-ins
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
• Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Accurately communicate brand identity and corporate position with potential customers.
• Successfully build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Requirements-
• College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Military experience is a huge asset with this company
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a sales capacity.
• Demonstrated prior ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales goals.
• Must successfully work individually and as part of a team.
