We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative! In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through phone, email, and online communication. The ideal candidate is energetic, a great communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and manage a pipeline of prospects
Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and product demos
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (inside sales a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
