Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building relationships with customers, providing product recommendations, and driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving. You’ll play a critical part in our sales strategy while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively engage potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Accurately manage and update customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with various digital tools and CRM systems.
Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
