Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC (28209)
Pay: $20-$22/hr base, plus commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is opportunity offers a competitive base salary plus commission. As part of our team, you’ll work from our showroom, leveraging provided leads to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales. Leads are all provided to you! Key Responsibilities:

-Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions in the showroom.
-Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
-Prepare quotes, close sales, and process orders efficiently.
-Stay up-to-date on our product line and industry trends.
-Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
-Work closely with the showroom and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-Assist with showroom displays and inventory as needed.
-Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sale support.

Qualifications:

-Previous sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or B2B role.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
-Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
-Basic knowledge of lighting products or a willingness to learn.
-Proficient in computer use and sales software (CRM experience is a plus).
-Detail-oriented and highly organized.
