Inbound Sales Representative needed!

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714

Pay: $18/hour ($19/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates)

Schedule & Training:
- Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Every other weekend is required
- Training: 2-3 weeks, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No time off approved during training)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries while proactively offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales
- Resolve customer concerns with patience, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while following company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience (customer service & sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable upselling and recommending products/services
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (higher pay rate available!)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions daily
