What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of inside sales experience – experience with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals

Confident Communicator – Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Highly Motivated & Proactive – Always looking for new opportunities and solutions

Coachable & Organized – Open to feedback and able to follow a structured sales process

Relationship Builder – Skilled at engaging prospects and developing long-term business relationships

What You’ll Do:
Proactively cold call and prospect new clients to build a strong pipeline

Meet and exceed achievable sales goals each month

Engage with potential customers and hand off accounts to a dedicated team after closing

Learn the industry and develop expertise in a specialized market
