Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to fill a Sales role, ideal for someone looking to build a prominent and successful sales career. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for driving sales, and is eager to contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a hunger for success. They will play a critical role in generating new business, building a strong customer base, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential customers and generate new business opportunities by calling on cold leads. Building and maintaining a strong customer base through consistent outbound efforts is a key aspect of the role.
Sales Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring performance aligns with company expectations. This involves effective time management, prioritization, and a strong work ethic.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture business relationships with new and existing clients. Possess the "IT factor" to connect with clients and build long-term partnerships.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the existing sales team, taking initiative on cold leads while others focus on managing existing customer accounts.
Learning & Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to achieve sales success. The ability to absorb training and adapt to new strategies will be critical.
