Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Trade Professionals with placing orders through our website.
• Address sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Handle inbound calls from Trade Professionals regarding account setup and inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls to Trade Professionals to assist with registration or order placement.
• Maintain professional communication standards when interacting with customers.
• Resolve troubleshooting questions related to installation, product availability, and other situations.
• Offer solutions and recommendations with empathy and positivity.
• Collaborate with fellow sales representatives during peak call periods.
• Conduct email follow-up as necessary.
• Monitor inventory status of plumbing products and parts.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in phone or web sales.
• Previous experience working within a call center environment.
• Background in business-to-business (B2B) sales is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher.
Experience:
• Sales: 1 year Sales (Preferred) or College Degree Equivalent
Schedule:
• 8 Hour Shift
• Monday to Friday
