We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts for a very stable and successful insurance agency. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated insurance professional who is committed to client service, business development, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively develop new business through lead generation, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on residential and commercial insurance policies, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, claims assistance, and other account management tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, underwriters, and clients to negotiate the best coverage options.
- Stay up to date with insurance regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in personal and commercial lines insurance account management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Active 2-20 General Lines License (Property & Casualty) is required.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Stable work history with a commitment to professional growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
