What You’ll Need:
3–5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager role (commercial or personal lines)
Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license
Strong understanding of how insurance policies are written and processed in the state of Florida
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
What You’ll Do:
Manage a designated book of business with accuracy and efficiency
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates
Communicate directly with clients, underwriters, and carriers
Ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date
Provide excellent service and build strong client relationships
