We are seeking a skilled and professional Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our legal team, managing various aspects of mediation and litigation work. Key Responsibilities:
Mediation Support:
-Handle calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating Zoom meetings.
-Set up and organize files for mediations.
Litigation Support:
-Perform dictations, e-filing, and drafting of subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery documents.
-Provide assistance throughout the traditional litigation process.
-Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
-Prior experience in insurance defense litigation is highly preferred.
-Strong knowledge of legal processes, mediation, and litigation procedures.
Skills:
-Proficiency in dictation, e-filing, and legal document preparation.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Personality:
-Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
-Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
