Interior Designer – Full-Time
Location: In-Office, Ft. Myers, FL 33919
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

We are looking for a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This position involves overseeing all phases of the design process, from initial client consultations to the successful execution of projects.

This is an in-office position (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) where you will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept through to project completion, including preparing layouts, installation drawings, and specifications.
Develop and present design ideas, ensuring they align with client needs, budget, and space requirements.
Manage project timelines and coordinate all design aspects, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to design standards.
Select materials, furnishings, and finishes, keeping design aesthetics, functionality, and budget in mind.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CET, SketchUp, SPEC, and CAP.
Strong space planning, material selection, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Solid mathematical ability for measurements, budgeting, and space planning.
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
