Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Position Overview:
The Inventory Control Clerk will track and update product status in Microsoft Excel and Oracle, collecting data from production areas hourly. This role requires frequent movement across the plant, including walking between buildings and standing for long periods.
Schedule & Pay:
• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in Excel and Oracle
• Walk through production areas hourly to collect data
• Identify and communicate issues with urgency
• Perform general clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and wear PPE throughout the shift
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1+ years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or inventory control
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Intermediate Excel skills required)
? Comfortable working in a production environment (not an office role)
? Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic housekeeping tasks
Preferred: Warehouse experience
