Inventory Coordinator

Oversee inventory levels and maintain accurate records in alignment with e-commerce and Amazon FBA requirements.
Operate stand-up electric forklifts for inventory organization and movement.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and accurate data entry.
Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
Warehouse Inbound/Outbound & Cycle Count Associates:

Perform receiving, shipping, and order processing tasks, including unloading trucks and stocking merchandise.
Verify shipment data against packing lists and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Pack, unpack, label, and mark stock items using various tools and equipment.
Inspect stock for wear and defects, report discrepancies, and notify supervisors of short-shipped items.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following company safety policies.
Qualifications
For Inventory Coordinator:

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon FBA.
Ability to operate or willingness to obtain certification for a stand-up electric forklift.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with computers and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
For Inbound/Outbound & Cycle Count Associates:

Experience with warehouse tasks, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and ability to work under general supervision.
