Inventory Specialist (In-Office)
Join our team as a full-time Inventory Specialist, Monday through Friday, earning $18/hour. In this role, you’ll manage, track, and coordinate inventory operations to ensure accuracy and smooth logistics.
Strong Excel is highly preferred.
Previous experience in inventory/data entry is a must.
Key responsibilities include:
Updating inventory records and processing incoming orders in the BSTI system
Verifying shipment details and managing logistics with 3PL services
Booking cost-effective carriers, creating Bills of Lading, and reconciling supplier invoices
Handling seed testing logistics and generating monthly and compliance reports
