We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor who has experience with RAW materials OR experience in working with products regulated by the FDA.
This individual MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with the following duties:
• Must have 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant inventory management experience in a high-SKU environments
• Work under GMP regulations and FDA guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
Under direction of the Shipping/Receiving Manager, conduct/complete daily-system directed Cycle Counts .
Enter all counts into ERP system and research/resolve variances and submit adjustments for approval.
Conduct physical inventory counts as needed and enter into the ‘system’.
Research all inventory discrepancies.
Process daily "inventory transfer/movement" orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
Conduct inventory verifications as needed.
Work closely with Shipping/receiving Manager to ensure all materials are in their designated location.
Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy by reviewing/researching any reported inventory shortages.
Assist with the preparation and conducting of the annual Physical Inventory.
Ensure and assist with daily material issuing and kit inspection.
Conduct Kit inspections to ensure accuracy.
Perform special projects and/or assignments as required by Manager or Director.
Other Responsibilities:
Ability to properly lift up to 50lbs
Able to work overtime and assist with other material duties as needed.
Willing to accept additional duties and cross train to ensure support to assembly.
Excellent computer skills are needed (Word, Excel, Outlook and Oracle system, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work under GMP regulations and FDA guidelines
