Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and setting goals to meet the needs of each team member. You will also monitor the progress of customer cases in our tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the customer service team to ensure high performance.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
Focus on achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Set goals for the team and report on progress regularly.
Perform proficient data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with web-based programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
