Seeking a Junior Attorney with either family law, criminal law, public defense or DCF experience.
This firm is looking for a Junior Attorney that wants to grow their career in Family Law!

Location: Orlando, FL 32801 (Hybrid Role)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

Job Duties:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and deposition/examination questions.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and track crucial case deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Review and proofread the work of paralegals and other team members for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
1-2 years of legal experience (Family Law preferred, but other legal backgrounds such as criminal law, state attorney office, public defender's office, or DCF experience are also welcome).
Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Exceptional research, writing, and organizational skills.
A team player who is eager to collaborate and support the firm’s success.
