Junior Superintendent – Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Junior Superintendent with 1-3 years minimum experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent growth opportunity within a company known for its strong work culture.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on job sites.
Support project documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications:
1-3 years minimum experience in commercial construction.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's Degree in related field a plus

Job Locations: Majority of projects are in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
