Looking for a Bilingual Office Assistant (Korean/Mandarin). We are looking for someone who thrives in a supportive role, is eager to learn, and can bring their organizational skills and bilingual fluency to assist in our daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both Korean or Mandarin and English
Organize and maintain office files and documents, both physical and digital
Coordinate meetings and assist with travel arrangements as needed
Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide general support to other departments as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
1-3 years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or accounting role
Fluency in Korean or Mandarin (both spoken and written) and English
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (or similar software)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
