As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through every step of the leasing process. You'll help match people with properties that fit their needs, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in. Your goal? To create a positive, welcoming experience that turns "just looking" into "I’ll take it!"
What You’ll Be Doing:
Show Off Our Properties: You’ll be the face of our properties, conducting tours, highlighting features, and showing potential tenants why our spaces are perfect for them.
Customer Service Superstar: Answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about the property, leasing terms, amenities, and the surrounding community. Your friendly, approachable nature will make people feel right at home.
Manage Inquiries & Applications: Follow up with leads, schedule tours, and assist applicants through the leasing process. You'll collect and process all necessary paperwork, ensuring everything is completed correctly and efficiently.
Close the Deal: Help prospects transition from interested to signed lease by guiding them through the application process, discussing terms, and assisting with any final questions or concerns.
Marketing & Promotion: Assist with property marketing by creating listings, updating online platforms, and ensuring that our properties stand out. You’ll work with the team to drive traffic and attract qualified tenants.
Tenant Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective tenants. You’ll be a go-to resource for any questions or needs, ensuring tenants have an excellent experience before, during, and after they sign their lease.
Administrative Support: Handle the necessary administrative tasks like processing lease agreements, maintaining records, and tracking renewal dates to ensure everything is running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
People Skills: You’re a natural at building rapport and making people feel comfortable. You know how to read people and match them with the perfect space.
Sales Savvy: You know how to sell a property without being pushy. You understand the needs of your prospective tenants and can highlight features that appeal to them.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: From scheduling tours to processing applications, you can juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
Problem-Solving Ability: Whether it’s answering tenant questions or helping resolve small issues, you find solutions quickly and professionally.
Communication Pro: You know how to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person, with people from all walks of life.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude and the willingness to learn are just as important!
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software, CRM tools, and online listing platforms will help you stay on top of things. Bonus points if you’re comfortable with social media marketing!
