Job Title: Receptionist at a Professional Shreveport Law Office

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable and professional receptionist to join our esteemed law office in Shreveport. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service by greeting them warmly and ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and performing basic administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at our personal injury firm . Responsibilities: • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. • Provide general information to callers, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • Perform basic administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and sorting mail. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere. • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for attorneys and staff. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively. • Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role. • Knowledge of the legal industry and terminology is a plus.
