Role Overview:
-As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys by performing a wide range of administrative and legal tasks. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to helping our legal team run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
-Manage and organize case files, ensuring all necessary documents are up to date and filed correctly.
-Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys.
-Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties on behalf of attorneys, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
-Maintain and manage attorney calendars, ensuring important deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm or legal environment.
-Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, legal management systems).
