Seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional support to the attorneys, specializing in real estate transactions, corporate mergers, and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist attorneys with preparation and management of transactional documents.
• Maintain organization and accuracy across real estate and corporate files.
• Manage schedules, correspondence, and document filing systems.
• Facilitate client communication with a professional and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience as a legal secretary with expertise in transactional law, including real estate transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document management systems, and legal timekeeping/billing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
