Seeking all Legal Assistants!
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including demand letters, complaints, and discovery responses.
Conduct preliminary client intake and gather essential information for case evaluation.
Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
Monitor case deadlines and maintain the attorneys’ calendars to ensure timely filings and responses.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
Conduct basic legal research as needed to support case preparation.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and creating binders.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
