Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year (DOE)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 2+ years of Lemon Law experience to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our attorneys, managing cases, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage case files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents such as demand letters, complaints, and discovery responses.
Conduct initial client intake and collect essential information for case evaluations.
Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
Maintain and monitor case deadlines and attorneys’ calendars to ensure timely filings.
Professionally communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Perform basic legal research to support case preparation.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and creating trial binders.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence management.
What You Bring

2+ years of experience working in a Lemon Law practice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software (e.g., FileVine).
Strong knowledge of Lemon Law processes and case management.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
