Full-service business, AV-Rated law firm, has immediate need in our Orlando office for a Legal Assistant in our Real Estate section. The successful candidate will be a team player, assisting attorneys and paralegals with a wide range of real estate transactions.
37.5 hour week

On site - Downtown Orlando
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Extensive calendaring; tracking and processing attorney time records and billing; post-closing responsibilities and ordering and processing title insurance commitments and policies.
This position requires a proficiency in data management software, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with frequent interaction with clients, excellent written and verbal skills and a strong multitasking ability to support 3 attorneys.
Three years legal assistant experience required, prior real estate experience preferred. Compensation will be based on experience.
