What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you'll support 5 attorneys (from our team of 30) handling high-volume caseloads—typically up to 50 cases each. You'll help keep everything on track and ensure our legal operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and filing pleadings
Docketing deadlines and appointments to ensure timely action and compliance
Maintaining organized, up-to-date case files
Managing busy calendars and prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment
Communicating regularly with attorneys for clarity, updates, and support
Adapting to shifting priorities with flexibility and a can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting high-volume legal work, ideally in civil litigation and insurance defense
Strong calendar and case management skills
The ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Clear communication skills and the confidence to ask questions when needed
A desire to grow and develop within a collaborative legal team
