Busy firm is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal who can support residential and commercial real estate transactions for the team. As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal with this team you will be supporting real estate transactions, closing files start to finish which includes examining and clearing requirements on title commitments and lender requirements, providing communication to all parties, preparing sales contracts, as well as handling the escrow account for all real estate closings. Knowledge of Doubletime or ClosingVue is preferred for this Legal Assistant/Paralegal role. Additional experience in foreclosure, eviction and probate proceedings is highly desired for this Legal Assistant/Paralegal role.
