- High School Diploma/GED

- Associates/Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies highly desired

- 1+ years of Legal Assistant or Title Processor experience

- Experience within a Real Estate environment highly desired

- Proficient with MS Office, Data Entry, and Typing

- Experience with Real Estate transactions highly desired
