Legal Billing Specialist – In-Office Position
Are you an experienced Legal Billing Specialist looking for a stable, in-office role? Our law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team full-time. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM position with no remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of legal billing
Perform light bookkeeping and trust balancing
Work with spreadsheets to manage billing and reporting
Open new client matters and conduct conflict checks
Qualifications:
Legal billing experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with trust balancing and conflict checking
No CPA required
Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience
