Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Legal Receptionist. This role combines receptionist duties with office support functions in a fast-paced legal or corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have prior reception experience, preferably in a legal setting, but corporate reception experience will also be considered. Experience with print/mail operations is a plus.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct 25-40 calls per day, managing call transfers for 200+ employees.
• Provide front desk reception services, ensuring a professional and welcoming presence.
• Handle print and mail tasks, including document processing, copying, and postage management.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, verifying packing slips, and handling incoming materials.
• Utilize office equipment, including printers, copiers, and postage machines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues and follow technical manuals.

Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a legal environment preferred; corporate reception experience also considered.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment; basic electronics knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
