We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Professional (P&C License) to join our growing team in Fresno, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive account management.
Policy Servicing: Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage at the best value.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Claims Assistance: Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policy transactions comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in commercial lines.
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
