An AV-rated law firm law firm in downtown Orlando is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support defense litigation in employment law cases across state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communication, phone calls, and court deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, e-filing, and document management.
• Organize and format legal documents, track case progress.
• Coordinate depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in defense litigation.
• Knowledge of Florida & Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, e-filing, and legal software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
