Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a drive to deliver excellent client service? We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5+ years of experience in a legal setting to join an amazing team, working in-office in Downtown Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage active case files, ensuring document accuracy and organization
- Schedule and docket requests efficiently, coordinating with attorneys and staff
- Compile documents for analyses and maintain detailed electronic case files
- Perform additional duties as instructed and adhere to a high standard of punctuality and attendance

We are looking for:

- Minimum of 5+ years in a law firm, specifically in litigation support.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with federal and state court e-filing systems; knowledge of IManage/FileSite is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills, including grammar and business English.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities with ease
- Friendly, collaborative, and adaptable to a variety of assignments

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility to work extra hours as needed.
