We are looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant in Downtown Orlando!

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, skilled at multi-tasking, great organizational skills, exceptional at anticipating the needs of three Attorneys, forward thinking and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. This is not a remote position.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant
Heavy scheduling experience
Strong written communication and time managements skills required
Ability to handle multiple assignments, cases and other matters at one time
Knowledge of e-filing
Strong planning, follow-up organizational skills and forward thinking ability
Manage attorneys' calendars with follow-up
Trial preparation helpful
Advanced computer skills
Insurance defense, bankruptcy and appeals exp. helpful but not required
Team player in fast-paced environment
