What You’ll Do
Support Attorneys: Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys.
E-Filing Excellence: Manage state and federal electronic filings with precision.
Calendar/Docket Management: Keep attorneys organized with accurate scheduling and deadline tracking.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and more.
Organized Efficiency: Maintain paperless electronic files with meticulous attention to detail.
Professional Communication: Interact confidently with clients, court personnel, and colleagues.
Dictation: Transcribe dictation with accuracy and speed.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF software.
Litigation Know-How: Deep understanding of the litigation process in personal injury and related fields.
E-Filing Expertise: Comfortable with filing in both state and federal courts.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
