Law firm located in downtown Orlando seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in commercial, employment, and civil litigation, with a demonstrated interest and ability to handle diverse and complex cases.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
• Summarize depositions and assist attorneys with trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other tools.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff on case management and strategy.
• Manage a caseload involving insurance defense, civil rights, constitutional disputes, business litigation, and First Amendment matters.
• Ensure all deadlines are met with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.

Qualifications
• 4-8 years of paralegal experience in relevant practice areas.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Westlaw or equivalent legal research tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• A strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
