Are you a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a passion for supporting clients and attorneys through meaningful legal work? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking experienced PI Paralegals to join their team! This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Position Overview:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work directly with attorneys to manage ongoing personal injury cases, assist with trial preparation, and maintain case files from intake through resolution. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
Maintain and manage attorney calendars; schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and affidavits.
Handle E-filing in Florida’s E-Portal System and federal courts (preferred).
Manage document preparation and review using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Coordinate Court Calls and Zoom hearings; prepare attorneys for depositions and trials.
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
Handle correspondence via email, mail, and certified mail.
Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation.

Qualifications:
2+ years of litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury law required.
Trial experience is a plus!
Experience with E-filing in state and federal courts preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive, professional attitude.

Work Schedule:
Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-site position
