Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (Hourly rate, no bonus)
Schedule: Monday - Friday

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth loan process from start to finish. Required Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple files efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers to gather necessary documentation for loan approval.
Review and organize loan files for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor loan files through the process, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
Communicate with all parties to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
Verify and obtain final underwriting and funding conditions for loan closing.
Stay up to date with regulations and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
